Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive intern to join our team and assist in web advertisement and communication in both Japanese and client and developer in Philippine. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in the real estate industry and an opportunity to work closely with both our Japanese clients and the development team in the Philippines.


1.Web Advertisement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage web advertisements targeted towards Japanese investors.
  • Assist in developing effective digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and online campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

2.Japanese Client Communication

  • Communicate with Japanese clients via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Understand and address client needs, providing accurate information about available properties, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the development team in the Philippines, ensuring smooth communication and project updates.

3.Coordination with the Philippine Development Team

  • Collaborate with the development team to gather property information, project updates, and relevant details required for client communication.
  • Ensure accurate translation and interpretation of information between English and Japanese languages.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and updates between the Japanese clients and the development team.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communication, International Relations, or similar).
  • Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with Japanese clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and experience with web advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and an understanding of Japanese business culture is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.

Internship Details

  • Duration: Within 3 months.
  • Working hours: Within 3 hours a day, but it’s flexible.
  • Compensation: 1,300yen per hour
  • Location: Working remotely

2.Initial Screening

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which may be conducted in person or via video conferencing tools such as Zoom. The interview will provide an opportunity for the candidates to showcase their skills, discuss their interest in the position, and demonstrate their ability to communicate effectively.

3.Selection and Offer

Following the interviews, the hiring team will evaluate the candidates’ performance and determine the most suitable candidate for the internship position. The selected candidate will be contacted with a formal offer, which will include details such as the start date, duration, compensation, and any other relevant information.


Upon acceptance of the offer, the intern will be provided with an onboarding package, which will include all necessary information and materials to ensure a smooth transition into the company. This may include an introduction to the team, company policies and procedures, and any required training or orientation sessions.
